ACHI became an information partner of the IV International Conference "What's going on in the food supplements market?", which was held in Moscow on November 29, 2022. The discussion club of food supplement manufacturers in online and offline formats traditionally brought together more than 150 participants from key industry enterprises.

ACHI Executive Director Elena Nevolina acted as a speaker at the plenary session "Law and business: changes, norms, regulations" with the participation of the main regulator of the industry - the Department of Control and Supervision Activities and the Organization of Sanitary and Epidemiological Rationing of Rospotrebnadzor. The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Federal Research Center for Nutrition and Biotechnology, RUDN University and Yandex.

In her speech, Elena Nevolina highlighted the work carried out by ACHI to improve the rules for the customs classification of vitamin and mineral complexes, which play an important role in maintaining the affordability of products for consumers. She also called on industry players to engage in a dialogue with the healthcare providers communities to develop approaches to properly inform consumers about products and help people make informed health choices. In support of this thesis, she cited the results of a large-scale survey that ACHI conducted among consumers and healthcare providers on the perception of thereposnsible self-care concept, which covered, among other things, the attitude of target audiences to food supplements.
