On October 17-18, 2022, the XIV Annual All-Russian Conference "State regulation in the field of circulation of medicines and medical devices" was held in Moscow.

The organizer of the event is the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare.

The event serves as a traditional platform for the dialogue between regulators and participants in the markets of medicines and medical devices.

Among the speakers are the heads and responsible representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Roszdravnadzor, the Eurasian Economic Commission, the World Health Organization, the profile Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, regional health authorities, industry associations, expert, scientific, professional organizations and business.

ACHI Executive Director Elena Nevolina acted as an expert at a round table on the availability of medicines in the new reality, moderated by Svetlana Semecheva, Deputy Director of the Department for Regulation of the Circulation of Medicines and Medical Devices of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia; Irina Krupnova - Head of the Licensing and Compliance Control Department of Roszdravnadzor, Alexander Apazov - President of the National Pharmacies Chamber. The participants of the round table discussed the specifics of the distance selling of medicines and activities of a specialized pharmaceutical provider in the new reality, the practical implementation of good practices in the activities of a pharmaceutical organization, new principles for managing the retail trade in medicines and other topical issues.
